This form is to place your child on our waiting list, and does not confirm acceptance to the child-care-centre.
Important: Every child, at the age of 0-14 years old has a right to a centre voucher considering the
fact that either parents or the single-parent is 1. Employed, studying or taking part in an
apprenticeship or continuing education2. Taking part in integration courses for unemployed or 3.
Taking part in a German language integration course. All children in Hamburg have a legal right to
a 5-hour centre-voucher (Kita-Gutschein) incl. lunch at the age of 1 until school start.
A voucher is essential for a place in our centre.
