 Accreditation of NAAC for Department of Mechanical Engineering at KIIT in
order to meet the Overall requirement this accreditation. My role was to ensure compliance
of these requirements for KIIT for Class rooms, Laboratories, Managing the database for
Qualification and skill of teaches, Management aspect of college, Performance of teachers,
Feedback and Satisfaction of students, Educational facilities such as library and workshops.
My role was to finally prepare the ensure that all Laboratories of Mech Engg department
are fully furnished and all equipment are properly working prior to the audit.
These laboratories included Engineering Drawing Lab, Engineering Mechanics Lab, Material
Science lab, Strength of Materials I and II, Dynamics of machine lab, Kinematics of machine
lab, F M I and II lab, CAD Lab, Automobile Lab, Workshop practices, Heat Transfer Lab,
Steam and Power generation, Thermo lab, Machine Drawing Lab and CAD CAM Lab.
My role also included the introduction of department, Compile and present the overall
data/overview of Mech Engg department for Laboratories, Equipment’s, Smart class rooms,
Participation in National and International Conferences, Nos. of papers published, No of
conferences Organized, No of M Techs, PHDs registered etc. which gives an overview to
the Auditors.
 Organized a workshop on CNC at GEC Jabalpur, wherein my role was also to provide
Training on Programming.
 Organized a workshop on Auto Cad at KIIT Gurgaon, where in my role was to provide
Training on designing tools.

1. Overall Planning and preparation of Semester Planner (Session Control Plan) of
Mechanical Engineering Department for each semester which consisted of
following activities of department:

Counseling of students in admission process
Management of Reception, Admission and discipline committee

Allotment of subject to related faculties
Preparation of time table
Preparation of Lesson Plan
Fixing of Syllabus content and no of lectures required for completion of all topics
