The committee reserves the right to limit the number of competitors in each flight and in each category, to combine or divide groups, and in events where fewer than three competitors apply, to eliminate the category. Deadline: All entries must be postmarked by USPS no later than May 16, 2014. Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the Competition Committee. A fee of $25 will be charged for any accepted late entries. Eligibility: Skaters may enter as many events as they choose and for which the skater is qualified. A skater may compete at one level higher than the skater’s current test level, but not below. Skaters may enter EITHER test track free skate program or the well-balance track free skate program but NOT both during the same non-qualifying competition. Facilities: The competition will be held at the Knickerbacker Ice Arena, 191 8th Ave., Troy, NY. The rink measures 185’ X 85’. Registration: A registration desk will be open throughout the competition. Competitors should register upon their arrival and submit their music. Skaters should arrive at the rink at least 1 hour PRIOR to their event’s start time. ISU Judging System and Critiques: All short programs and free skate programs for Juvenile, Intermediate, Novice, Junior, and Senior events will be judged according to the ISU Judging System. Critiques will be offered at the conclusion of the events if time allows. Planned Program Content Sheet: All skaters competing in the short program and Juvenile through Senior freestyle events must fill out a Planned Program Content Sheet. These must be returned with the entry form no later than: May 16, 2014. If you are using EntryEeze use the PPC functionality offered on the site. Music: CDs are the only acceptable forms of media. CDs must be clearly marked with name and event entered. Each CD must have only ONE (1) track on it. In the case of short and long programs, two (2) separate disks must be used. Any disc with more than one (1) track will NOT be accepted. Music may NOT be submitted on re-recordable "CD-RW" discs. Awards: Awards will be presented to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th place finishers and will be presented off ice at scheduled intervals throughout the competition. Limited practice ice will be available during the competition. Photography/Video: A professional video service and photography service will be available.
