Project Name or Identification: Kudler Fine Foods Website Project Stakeholders Kent Vesper, Store Manager, La Jolla Laurie Priest, Store Manager, Del Mar Juanita Lopez, Store Manager, Encinitas Project Description This project is to analyze the current website to determine if it is any good and if there can be something better done to improve the site in general. There is no challenge since the website is already up and is not all bad. The opportunity will be to better the visual to the customer. The impact to the company will be minimal, but the customer will see a different look and feel to the site. Measurable Organizational Value (MOV) The overall goal is to look over the website and make sure that it is a good site in the case that everything goes here it needs too and that the visual appeal to the site is good. The biggest benefit to the company will be a great visual site that consumers will be able to see and navigate through with no problems. The ROI is going to be good, the cost that the revamped site will cost will be far less than the consumers that it will attract. Project Scope Evaulating the site, making sure links work, images are clear, descriptions are clear as to what they are trying to describe, and the site looks good and clean. Adding addition links will be outside the scope, the site has all the links that are needed, there is no need more anymore. A clean site, a good visual site, properly working site.
