The data is positively skewed. Tail to the right
Kurtosis is the same for both factors.
4) What steps will you take if your data is not normally distributed?
I can address the normality of the data by
1. Subtracting the mean from the SD
2. Remove the outliers if any exist.
3. Use a logarithm
4. Use the Box-Cox transformations
