Binder Score Sheet
Directions: Binder must contain a separate section containing all notes from the class,
including all diagrams. Each new day must be marked with a date and each new topic must have
a specific title. The rest of the binder must contain all labs, Assessments, Practice Worksheets
and other handouts organized either chronologically or categorically. Categorical organization
requires the use of dividers to separate each section. Chronological organization requires the use
of dates to order papers. No papers may be stored in binder pockets or divider pockets.
