aspects of federal civil litigation, including: jurisdiction and venue, the discovery
process, pleadings and motions, and settlement procedures. Non-teaching
duties included preparing syllabi, maintaining class roster, assigning and grading
homework, submitting grade records, and preparing/administering exams.
