This skills multiple-choice assessment is used to help you determine whether you already have computer skills sufficient
for other classes as well as office employment using Microsoft Windows, or whether you could benefit from further
training. If you have a computer near you, with Microsoft Windows installed, you may want to look at the screen before

business documents faster and more efficiently. It is very common that people who take a quiz like the one you just took find that
there are useful features of Word that they do not yet know well. Here is how we suggest you interpret your score:
9 or 10 correct—You are very proficient with Word! You are probably job-ready!
7 or 8 correct—Your Word skills are good, but you could benefit from taking a refresher course.
6 or fewer correct—For you to be job-ready, we recommend that you take a course that includes Word.
