Sawgrass Mills
A 130,000-square-foot expansion of the mall, anchored by a
60,000-square-foot Forever 21, is now open. Century 21 Department
Store is scheduled to open October 2016.
A new 350,000-square-foot expansion of Sawgrass Mills is in
pre-development including new retail and restaurants to be completed
in 2019.
The Colonnade Outlets at Sawgrass Mills
A 35,000-square-foot expansion of The Colonnade Outlets at Sawgrass
Mills opened Spring 2013 adding new luxury designer outlets to the
center including Gucci, Diane von Furstenberg, Roberto Cavalli, Versace,
and Jimmy Choo, among others. A new 80,000-square-foot expansion
opens Holiday 2015. A 1,700-car parking deck is planned for a 2016
opening.
The Oasis
The Oasis, Sawgrass Mills’ entertainment and retail destination, is
bringing in new shops and restaurants including Old Navy Outlet,
New Balance, Talbots, and California Pizza Kitchen. A complete
renovation of The Oasis common areas and storefronts is scheduled to
be completed by Holiday 2016.
