Bring the following documents to the North Hall Office at Turner Fenton S.S (November 11th at 3 pm) Attention: Michael Langford • An original copy of the grade 7 final (June) report card • An original copy of the first grade 8 progress report • No other documentation will be accepted 5. Complete the question response section of the application 6. Ensure your application is complete (November 11th) 7. $40.00 application fee paid 8. Deadline for application is midnight on November 11th Selection Process 1. Applications are reviewed and scored based on: • Grade 7 and 8 Report Card results • Written Response 2. Applicants who make it past the entrance test will be entered into a lottery for a spot in the program Offers of Admission Offers will be emailed to successful applicants Feb. 2nd, 2015 at 9:00 am • Students will receive all program offers on this day, so if students apply to multiple programs, they may receive more than one offer • Students will need to go back into the Regional Program Application site to accept the offer. • If students do not receive an offer on this day, it doesn’t mean they will not be provided a spot in a program. They may get into a program during the next round of offers. Offers must be accepted by no later than Feb. 6th, 2015. • If students do not accept spots in a program by Feb. 6th, the spots will be offered to Waitlisted students on Feb. 9th. • Once students make program decisions, they cannot change their minds and accept spots in different regional programs. • This means the program you accept an offer for on Feb. 6th is the program you will attend in September 2015. 01 January 2012 Accepting an Offer • To accept an offer, you will need to log back into the Regional Program Application site and accept the offer by the deadline. (Do not lose your password!) • When you confirm program participation, you will be asked to pay your program fees ($200), directions will be provided. • Students will only be officially admitted into the program once program fees are received. • Fees will be paid for online using a third-party service provider.
