(VPN) in Vietnam, with the first POP ready for operations in Ho Chi Minh city this July. Vietnam Datacommunication Company (VDC), a member of the Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group (VNPT), is one of the leading telecommunication service providers in Vietnam.
