Rd., Thanh Xuan Dist, Hanoi, Vietnam to act on my/our behalf in proceedings relating to applications for protection
of industrial property rights and all matters related to such protection under the prevailing laws and regulations of
Vietnam.
By virtue of this authorisation, ACTIP is my/our true and lawful attorneys to do the following legal transactions and
disposals: to apply for the registration of industrial property rights including an application for transformation of
any international trademark registration; to file request for changes of name and address of the applicant(s) or the
proprietor(s); to apply for renewal and maintenance or re-grant of my/our industrial property rights; to withdraw,
amend, or divide applications; to file applications for registration of assignment and licensing agreements; to file
appeals and notices of the above-mentioned industrial property rights.
As such, ACTIP is legally empowered by me/us to file, or withdraw all paper, relevant evidences; translating all
requisite documents; pay over fees or taxes, and make other duties required for the above purpose according to
the regulations of the competent authorities in Vietnam.
Any authorization and power concerning the all above matters which has been granted before the effective date of
this Power of Attorney will be invalided and revoked immediately.
