CPCNet Hong Kong Partners with VDC to Extend
Network Coverage to Vietnam

HONG KONG, June 3 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- CPCNet Hong Kong Limited, a renowned
communications and security solution partner in the Asia Pacific region and a wholly owned
subsidiary of CITIC 1616 Holdings Limited (stock code: 1883), today announces its
partnership with Vietnam Datacommunication Company (VDC) to establish a Virtual Private
Network (VPN) in Vietnam, with the first POP ready for operations in Ho Chi Minh city this
July.

Vietnam Datacommunication Company (VDC), a member of the Vietnam Post and
