• Alcohol - “In the longer term,

mouth, tongue, lip, throat,
stomach, pancreas and colon,”

drinking too much include acid
reflux – where stomach acid
burns your throat. Alcohol can
also contribute to developing a
peptic ulcer – a painful, open
sore in your stomach lining
