I now understand what external parties want from
me to help assure them of the quality of care that I
provide. I’m now networking with other care homes
and sharing information and good practice. Q4C is
easy to complete and it gives me the drive to improve
and move forward.
Business manager, Fulford Nursing Home
The tool is excellent for benchmarking. Home
managers spend hours when asked to implement
something new into their service, be it training or a
new initiative. Q4C helps with that.
