Personal Management Merit Badge Course The Gulf Ridge Council will host a Personal Management Merit Badge Course on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015 at the Lewis H. Hill Scout Service Center, 13228 N. Central Ave., Tampa, FL 33612. The course will begin at 9 a.m. and conclude by 3 p.m. The course is sponsored by the SunTrust Foundation. There is no charge for the course, but there is a $5.00 fee for lunch or Scouts may bring their own lunch and have no cost for the day. Scouts will complete all requirements for the badge EXCEPT requirement 2 in the Personal Management Merit Badge Booklet which requires scouts to keep a 13-week record of personal income, expenses, and savings.
