Introduction;
Who We Are;
Strategic Pursuits Limited specializes in Marketing and Consultancy Services.
Its target client base for Marketing consists mainly of suppliers and retailers of Fast Moving
Consumer Goods (FMCG) while Consultancy services for Quality / Environmental Management
Systems are offered to organizations of any nature who intend to strengthen their internal
systems as well as meet their customers’ requirements.
Our main focus in Marketing is to provide an effective turnkey solution for FMCG through
providing and implementing various marketing strategies designed for effective sell-in and
sell-through.

We are located in Lower Hill next to NIC Bank Headquarters along Masaba Road off Bunyala
Road.

Our quality policy is defined and formalized based on our future strategy and desire to meet our client’s

operate in. We regularly engage our clients to evaluate our services on quarterly basis; our service
quality policy broadly covers the following areas:

With a total of 91 well trained staff including 81 FMRs countrywide,
9 Team Leaders and a Project Manager.
COLGATE - PALMOLIVE LTD - 5P Audits
Supply of Auditors to audit 5P compliance in over 300 outlets
countrywide.
The audits were helpful in ensuring our client got a feel of the real
situation on the ground which was necessary for planning and
response. More importantly, data provided assisted in major
decision making top among them proportionate payments of incentives to outlets which met the
desired criteria and factual negotiations for shelf space which was, at least, equivalent to market share.
We worked closely with the client’s Merchandisers in this venture. THE 5 P’S were Product Placement,
Product Assortment, Promotions, POP Materials, Pricing
We have also undertaken major promotions and data entry assignments for this client.

Having worked in Nakumatt as a branch manager and risen through the ranks to the
position of Operations Manager, SPL’s Managing Director Sam Karanja is well equipped
in guiding Strategic Pursuits Ltd in offering the best services to our clients in an area he
has real and hands on expertise on.
FREDRICK WAKAKE – CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER
An Alumnus of the University of Nairobi, he has immense knowledge and experience
in Client Relations, Administration, Project Feasibility , Research and Management. His
experience in turn ensures executable work plan modules that help in the execution of
the said projects within the clients' demands and set company standards as well as
budgeted limits.
