COLGATE - PALMOLIVE LTD - 5P Audits Supply of Auditors to audit 5P compliance in over 300 outlets countrywide. The audits were helpful in ensuring our client got a feel of the real situation on the ground which was necessary for planning and response. More importantly, data provided assisted in major decision making top among them proportionate payments of incentives to outlets which met the desired criteria and factual negotiations for shelf space which was, at least, equivalent to market share. We worked closely with the client’s Merchandisers in this venture.
