Why is analytical ability crucial for achieving business results?
• Analytical ability is the ability of a person to spot, identify and define a
problem.
• It is one of the core competencies that every manager should possess for
achieving business results.
• This skill enables one to prioritise, take important decisions after assessment

A person with good analytical ability:

that pertains to the issue or the problem.

About the Facilitator

Jyothi Varma has over six years of full-time facilitating and training
experience in developing skill sets of employees at various levels in the
workforce, ranging from new inductees to mid and senior level managers. She
brings to her training sessions an inter-disciplinary approach shaped by a
diverse educational background----a graduate degree in Mathematics and
Statistics, CA Intermediate, a Post graduate Diploma in Personnel
Management and Industrial Relations from Madras School of Social Work. She
also is a certified corporate trainer in Personal Effectiveness.

Jyothi, who has worked as Accounts and Finance Manager, Management
Consultant, Training & Development and Recruitment Manager has an
exposure to different verticals of industry viz automobile, textiles, media,
manufacturing and banks.
