
Responsible for creating electrical specifications for new machines, performing
production improvements on existing machines, and designing and programming new
specialty equipment built in house all using Allen Bradley PLC’s. Created plant-wide
network using Ethernet to network 30 Allen-Bradley SLC 5/03 processors to a central
computer for data acquisition, using Allen Bradley NET-ENI modules for
communication and XLReporter for data collection. Introduced Device-Net to plant
being used for Allen Bradley Panelviews, Ultra 3000 Servo drives, Adaptascan Barcode
readers, Temposonics LVDTs, and Allen Bradley Flex I/O remote I/O modules.
Implemented Keyence Color vision system to verify a percentage of paint coverage.
Assisted maintenance personnel in troubleshooting machinery.



ABB Robots, and PROFIBUS diagnostic screens for all distributed I/O. Tested new
