Job Fair
We went to a job fair located at the Augusto - Rosario Theater at College of Saint
Benilde. We saw different kinds of companies that are ready to accept resumes and
information about the applicants. .We stayed there for a complete hour to make the visit
valid. The companies were mainly bank companies, IT company, and food-related
companies. I recall the companies as California Pizza Kitchen (CPK), Level-Up Games,
Filinvest (Not sure), and other bank companies. There is also a place there where
students can finish their personality test which is also required for ORDEV-C and is also
counted as an ORDEV-C Accredited event. As an IT-student, I only applied to Level-Up
Games because it is the only company there which is directed to IT. Some companies
offer IT too, but their primary functions are banking or catering.
Improving your business acumen
This event was located at the Auditorium which talks about how to improve our
financial know-how. The location was full of students and the place where we can sit is
at the back of the room where we cannot see anything at all. Besides our location, we
were still able to listen to the things he was sharing. It was hosted by a successful
entrepreneur which shared to us information on improving our business knowledge. He
talked about two (2) fictional characters which did something related with business and
water or pipes. At the end of the story, one came successful while the other is not.
Personality Test
The personality test I took showed a result of ESTJ. It tells us that I’m an extravert,
sensing, thinking, and Judging individual. It also shows that I’m 1% extravert, 1%
sensing, 50% thinking, and 78% judging. Overall, it tells that I’m slightly expressed
extravert, slightly expressed sensing personality, moderately expressed thinking
personality, and very expressed judging personality.
