Strengthen network with D6 schools
- Get contacts from other schools’ EBoards
- GET INVOLVED, not just the reps
- Kim-UCBerkeley event in October
- Host talent show?
Strengthen network within UMBC
- “Olympics Week” for minority groups (i.e. BSU and HLSU) so diverse groups
interact with each other
- JV and Pat are UMBC reps, but we need may more volunteers if meetings are
scheduled at same times
- Challenge members to go to and network at other groups’ meetings
General Board
- FIRST meeting, get personal with newcomers to welcome and retain
- Make banner to use as representation at all events
- Official attendance, activity logs (for end of year)
- Every two weeks, cultural workshop or social (within or outside UMBC)
- Ever month, community service
- Ate/Kuya program
- Encourage members from other groups to join FASA
- Guest speakers at GBoard meetings
- Alumni reunion meeting?
- Involvement Fest, no business cards…instead, use magnets or stickers
- Trip to Embassy (open Mon and Wed)
Pistahan
- Commercials should NOT be focus of show or cause more dead time
- By mid-fall, have booking for UC Ballroom
- Possibly earlier in spring semester than usual?
- Commercial idea: use intramurals footage

- Use resources such as local golf course and outdoor theater to our advantage
