Abstract
Different cultural groups may organise the same web content differently – this different classification may
influence the time taken to access items in a website. A study was conducted to identify and evaluate
user-preferred classification schemes for food recipes. Results of the study indicate that different cultural
groups may have their own classification schemes which are dependent on the characteristics of their
country.
