Create your own Fitness Facility You will create a fitness facility that specializes in one sport. You must include the major muscles that are used in that sport. Your Anaerobic component will be the exercises that work out each of the muscles used in your sport. Also include some type of Aerobic exercises that will enhance a person’s ability to do your sport. You must include the skills that are necessary to perform the exercises. You must include the target heart rate and FIT Formula for your Aerobic and Anaerobic activities. The FIT Formula must reflect the appropriate workout for your activity. You may want to include pictures and diagrams to better describe the activities that your facility will work on. Your facility is unique in that you are also going to focus on other parts of Health. Include a brief description of 3 other parts of Heath your facility will enhance.
