Technical bid of Delhi / NCR based Contractors for housekeeping at office premises Bids(under two bid system) are invited from experienced and competent Delhi based contractors for award of contract in the following categories of works :A) Maintenance of office premises - includes Daily Sweeping/ cleaning of office premises, wash rooms, furniture and fixtures, machines such as photostat, fax etc. Weekly cleaning of electrical fittings, carpets, venetian blinds, floor tiles etc. (The scope of work is attached in Annexure I). The services are required alongwith cleaning material of standard quality. B) To manage visiting officers’s flats (VOFs) of the Bank . The services will include providing necessary man power for maintaining / cleaning / upkeeping of VOFs / dead stock, and other articles / cooking and serving food for the guest , maintaining records thereof, etc (The scope of work is attached in Annexure II) C) To provide driver cum peon (DCP) services to officers of the Bank. The services will include providing driver cum peon services to officers of the Bank maintaining / cleaning / upkeeping of office car etc, The DCP should hold a valid commercial driving licence and must be provided with proper uniform and have minimum 5 years of experince. (The scope of work is attached in Annexure III) Minimum qualifying criteria A) The contractor should be Delhi based and could be a sole proprietary concern, partnership firm or a company of repute and should be registered with Registrar of Firms / Companies, wherever applicable. Contractors should have minimum 5 years of experience. B) It should have experience of three years in providing similar services to well established organisations like All India Financial Institutions, public sector Banks / undertakings, Multi National Companies & large Pvt. Sector Companies. Contractors should have done at least one job of following magnitude/ amount in the last 5 years. C) maintaining / house keeping of office premises having minimum area of 1,200 sq.ft./ 1,800 sq.ft./ 15,000 sq.ft. with experience in the above mentioned services. D) It should be registered with the Labour department of State / Central Govt. as applicable. It should be an Income-tax assessee having filed Income tax return for the last two Assessment Years. E) The contractor could be a sole proprietary concern/ partnership firm or a company and should be registered with Registrar of Firms/ Companies wherever applicable. F) The contractor should have sufficient number of persons / manpower to carry out the said work, on his roll. G) The contractor should be based in Delhi. Signature Name Date Seal Annexure I Scope of Work - Housekeeping in Office Premises Supervisor should be minimum Intermediate pass with work experience of 3 years, Skilled housekeeping boys to be minimum X pass with work experience of 3 years and unskilled housekeeping boys to be minimum VIII pass with work experience of 3 years. Daily cleaning(To be completed before office Hours) 1. Proper and efficient sweeping and swabbing of all the floors with Teepol, Lizol and other standard(non polluting) chemicals 2. Proper and efficient cleaning and swabbing of all the toilets and wash basins five/six times a day to keep them neat and clean, with Lizol, Teepol, Harpic, and other standard(non polluting) chemicals 3. Providing liquid soap, toilet rolls, odonil, sanitary cubes and naphthaline balls in as much quantities as required at all times in all the toilets (8). 4. Daily disposal of garbage from the site regularly 5. Sweeping and Mopping of Floor/tiles in Pantry & Canteen as and when required with minimum twice a day. 6. General cleaning/dusting of panels, posters, paintings, light fittings, fans, tube lights and electrical fittings etc. 9. Polishing of non-carpeted floor area, cleaning of sanitary/water supply fixtures, wall tiles etc. Annexure II Scope of Work - Caretaking /Housekeeping in VOF Maintenance Regular sweeping/cleaning of rooms, kitchens, toilets, balconies, open terraces and staircase/passage leading upto the VOF with Teepol, Lizol and other standard(non polluting) chemicals. Maintenance of furniture and fittings in good condition. Washing and Ironing of linens, bed sheets, pillow covers, curtains, towels etc. Washing machine and electric Iron would be provided by the Bank. Providing liquid soap, odonil, sanitary cubes and naphthaline balls in as much quantities as required at all times. Cleaning and dusting of planters, paintings, AC covers, posters etc. Maintenance of guest registers. Rent collected from the guests should be handed over to the Bank as directed. Disposal of garbage from the site regularly. The crockery, cutlery, serving dishes and other material shall be provided by the Bank for routine day-to-day catering upkeeping. It shall be the duty of the contractor to properly handle the various gadgets and utensils, etc. provided by the Bank. Breakage shall be acceptable subject to a specified minimum level. Maintenance of dead stock items in good condition. Any addition/deletion or any breakage/damage or loss should be entered in the register and reported to the bank immediately. Any damage/loss in respect of the bank's properties at the VOFs during the period of the contract caused by the negligence of the contractor will be borne by the contractor. Catering Preparing and serving tea, coffee, soft drinks, snacks, lunch and dinner(both North Indian and South Indian cuisines) for the guests Cleaning of utensils. Utensils shall be provided and fuel charges shall be borne by the bank Provisions shall be procured by the agency at its own cost and charges for beverages and food served shall be collected by him directly from the guests at the rates fixed by the bank from time to time The agency will provide one expert cook, well versed in cooking North Indian and South Indian dishes and one attendant on a 24 hours basis on all days for the above mentioned services. It should be ensured that one of the two persons is always present so that the VOF is not left unattended at any time. ********** Annexure III Scope of Work - Driver-cum-peon Maintenance The car provided by the Bank for routine day-to-day upkeeping, regular check up, maintainence. It shall be the duty of the contractor to properly handle the car provided by the Bank.
