SCOPE OF WORK
House KEEPING & SECURITY SERVICES INCLUDING SUPPLY OF POTABLE DRINKING
WATER AT APGDC HYDERABAD.
1.1 The scope of work includes Housekeeping, sweeping, cleaning, sanitation, providing Security services
and supply of potable drinking water in APGDC, Hyderabad office located at ‘Parishram
Bhavan, Basheerbagh,. Hyderabad and associated areas having total floor area
of around 2800 sq ft.
1.2 Daily and periodical Housekeeping schedule is as per Annexure I.
1.3 The Contractor will be required to provide the service of cleaning work
including sweeping & swabbing of floor, wet cleaning of floor, cleaning and
dusting of wall, ceiling, all glass area, notice boards, dusting of Venetian
blinds, cleaning of tables, chairs, outer surface of filing cabinets and
cupboards, removing cobweb inside office building, covering floor, all toilets
and any other moveable/ immovable items inside APGDC premises, as per
direction of Accounts i/c.
1.4 The contractor shall provided liquid soaps with dispensers, glass cleaning kit,

toilet paper rolls, naphthalene balls, pixol Urinal cakes, toilet fresheners in all
toilets.
The contractor shall also sweep/ clean whole premises two times daily during
working days to keep the premises neat and clean. For carriage of materials
like garbage, malba, minor building, rubbish, earth etc. the same is to be
disposed beyond the premises up to municipal dumping yard. The Contractor
shall make his own arrangement for carrying the above
He shall also provide required brushes, gunny bags, dusters/ hand towels,
and tools and tackles for protective sanitary and general cleaning Contractor
is required to spray room fresheners at all cabins, rooms and toilets located at
APGDC, Hyderabad Office before 9 A.M. on all working days.
The Contractor will be required to do all other works related to housekeeping
as per instruction of the Accounts Incharge or any other Officer.
For carrying out all the above jobs the contractor may deploy minimum of three
manpower.
The scope includes deployment of three attendants for the office job
Supply and providing of mineral water of branded make (ISI marked) in 20 liter
bottles with dispenser. Approximate consumption of water bottle in a month is 25
bottles of 20 liters each. One dispenser to be provided by the contractor.
Contractor should also provide Security services for the premises on two shift
basis.
