Bridal Showcase February 26, 2012 Wedding Service Provider Benefits: An attendee list with contact information, anticipated wedding date and service needed will be distributed to each vendor post show Advertising exposure to the NRV community and the Virginia Tech community Great networking opportunity with other wedding industry professionals Advertising Campus Publications Fliers sent to participating service providers for in-store use Opportunity to send personal invitations to clientele as self-promotion Local media publications Listing of vendors on our catering website, www.catering.vt.edu Target Audience Blacksburg and Surrounding NRV counties (Christiansburg, Salem, Roanoke, Radford and Pulaski) The students, faculty and staff of Virgnia Tech Guest of the above groups Other guests as solicited by the participating wedding service providers Wedding Service Provider Requirements Participation fee of $50.00 per booth Inform PTC of any special needs or requirements in advance of event Create a professional display of products and services the day of the event All setup must be completed by 10:30 am on the day of the event Host the booth with knowledgeable staff, professionally attired Provide at least one gift of value to be utilized in the prize drawing In the interest of professionalism, wedding service providers must remain at the event, with display intact and a representative available, until the event ends Other Information Food and non-alcoholic beverage will be provided for vendors Each wedding service provider will be provided an 8’ table, cloth and skirting, two chairs and table signage for each booth A loading dock area is available with access to Owens Banquet Room
