Advanced Personal Lines Risk Analysis
for E & O Prevention
Approved for 7 hours PC, a CPIA Update, and
Agents E&O Loss Control Credit – please see the opposite side for attendance requirements.
This seminar, spread over two-days, will combine two distinct topics to enhance the
professionalism and sales excellence of today’s personal lines producers and customer service
personnel. Please know you must attend both Thursday afternoon and Friday morning to
receive any of the credits mentioned above.
“E & O and the Insurance Producer” will discuss an insurance producer’s legal responsibility
to apply effective loss prevention techniques that will benefit personal lines insurance
consumers. Discussion will include: the current causes of errors and omissions in agencies
today; the producer’s responsibility to the insurance company; issues surrounding records
control; and the importance of internal agency controls.
“Using a Personal Lines Questionnaire and Exposure Identification” will introduce
participants to the importance of consistently completing an exposure identification
questionnaire for improved customer service and E & O loss prevention. The needs for a
current and complete questionnaire as an aid to the risk management process will be
discussed followed by a thorough review and discussion of recommended personal lines
checklist items.
6:00 - 10:00 pm
