Advertising Sales Executive Lloyds List is looking for an experience advertising sales executive with a strong track record in hitting targets within a media or publishing environment. And for the right sales person this role will develop into a field sales role expanding outside the UK. As an Advertising Sales Executive you will be responsible for maximizing sales to new clients and leveraging the existing client base to sell additional service component. The role will be supported with a large amount of quality training directly from your manager and the wider training teams to ensure you have all the tools to succeed in this very lucrative sales role. Reporting to the Advertising Sales Director, you will represent leading titles within the Lloyds List portfolio. With 150 years of experience, Lloyd’s Loading List is the UK’s leading export directory and provides our readers with the information they need to operate in the challenging and diverse import/export sector. In print and online Lloyd’s List provides advertisers with an established and effective way to generate business. We are looking for tenacious, intelligent, articulate, ambitious and intuitive communicators. Previous experience in information sales or other B2B media is essential, full product and sales training will be provided. The successful applicants will posses: A drive to succeed in sales is a necessity above all else A minimum of 12 months experience in telephone sales or recent graduates will be considered Strong account management and business development track record ation is desired Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and closing skills Highly developed business acumen and ability to understand the wider issues of the industry Experience in selling ad space into directories is advantageous but not essential This is an excellent opportunity which gives you an unlimited earning potential in a global company with well established products.
