Class starters are designed to take about 5 minutes to complete. Quizzes will be given each week to check understanding of class starters. Make Up Work Students must see the teacher to receive missed assignments upon returning to class after the absence has occurred. This does not happen during class since class time is very valuable. You will need to contact the teacher before/after class, during lunch, or after school. The best policy is to e-mail me the day you are absent and I can forward your work to you. This way, when you return, you will not be behind. Remember, it is YOUR responsibility to make up missed work. I will NOT come looking for you. I expect students to come to class prepared each and every day with materials, completed homework, and an open mind. You can succeed in this class by attending every day, completing homework assignments, and participating in class. If you are having any type of difficulty, ASK QUESTIONS! Questions pertaining to this class are always welcomed and encouraged. If you need additional help after class, you may consult the textbook, online tutorial videos, or class notes. Please make sure to ask me if anything is unclear or if you need any help with homework. My door will ALWAYS be open for eager students looking for assistance! Welcome and Good Luck !!!
