Queries arising from the tender documents should not be submitted later than 5 working days
before the closing date and should be limited to one query per tenderer with any number of
points raised within each query.
Completed Tenders clearly marked “TENDER FOR….” (insert description of item tendered for),
should be delivered at No 6 Convent Place and placed in the Tender Box situated on the
ground floor NOT LATER THAN 12 NOON ON WEDNESDAY 23rd MARCH 2016.
Tenders received after the above time and date may NOT be considered.
H.M. Government of Gibraltar does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender, or may
accept any tender in part.
