SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF WATER PURIFICATION CHEMICALS
Tenders must be submitted on the original documents and shall remain valid for 90 days after the closing date of the

Tender documents can be obtained at a non-refundable cost of R300 per set at the cashiers of Koukamma
Municipality, 05 Keet Street, Kareedouw.
Fully completed quotation documents must be placed in a sealed envelope and placed in the tender box next to the
security at the main entrance of Koukamma Municipality, 5 Keet Street, Kareedouw by not later than 12:00 on
Friday, 30 May 2014. The envelopes must be endorsed clearly with the number, title and closing date of the tender
as above.
The tender will be evaluated on the 90/10 Preference Points system as prescribed by the Preferential Procurement
Regulations, 2011.
The tender box will be emptied just after 12:00 on the closing date, hereafter all tenders will be opened in public. Late
tenders will under no circumstances be accepted.
The Municipality reserves the right to withdraw any tenders and/or to re-advertise or to reject any tender or to accept
a part of it. The Municipality does not bind itself to accepting the lowest tender or approve a tender to the bidder
scoring the highest number of points.
