SUMMER PRACTICE AND REPORT OUTLINE
 Students should check the sector in which they are planning to make their summer
practice in the sector list of the Food Engineering Department. If the sector is not in the
list, they should consult the summer practice committee.
 The summer practice report should be in English. The deadline to submit the report is
NOVEMBER 1st for the fall semesters and MARCH 1st for the spring semesters.
Summer Practice reports should contain the following sections:
Table of Contents with the corresponding page numbers
Description of the Company
Company name
Company address
Organizational structure of the company
Report:
 A brief description of the company with the related flow charts.
 Maximum 2 pages in length with exception of flow charts.
Conclusions and Observations
 Describe your experiences during your work.
 Describe the work environment.
 What were the positive aspects of this experience?
 Would you recommend this organization to other student for summer practice? Why?
References
The references should be in American Psychological Association (APA) format
Appendices
The appendix shall consists of your diary, photo etc
