Key Responsibilities:

Meet productivity goals, turn times, SLAs, and maintain defined standards

Complete required data entry fields in the Loan Origination System (LOS) and/or
Automated Underwriting System to render virtual mortgage file decisions where decisions equal
approvals, declines, or withdrawals
•
Understand and apply watchlist review requirements such as: GSEs Limited Denial and
Exclusionary list, client requirements, etc.
•
Complete/Pass Assessment Training (red flag) and Certification. Complete/Pass client
specific training and testing
•
Successful completion of the Underwriter Academy, Tollgates, and Final Assessment
Basic Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or Math and GPA
requirement at 3.2 and up; or
3 Years Military Duty (Active or Reserve) with minimum 1 year customer service experience
Preferred Skills:
