Narrative:
The UNCC Center City building is a 12 story academic building built in downtown Charlotte. The building
will house classrooms and offices for the purpose of offering graduate level education to the various
professionals, managers, and executives in the Charlotte area. The building will also provide a 300-seat
auditorium, an art and architecture gallery, coffee shop, and book store.
