Service Activation: Includes technical interview, access line coordination, service testing, and
equipment configuration. In addition, working with the customer, the Network Operations Center
(NOC) will conduct “cooperative testing” of the customer’s site to ensure that the customer’s onsite router can successfully communicate over ACC Business MIS. The cooperative test verifies
the proper operation of the on-site equipment, the local access facility, and the access
infrastructure. Service Activation does not include inside wiring.
Installation charges may apply.
Exclusions and Limitations: Except where stated, prices do not include local access charges.
Local access must provide necessary bandwidth to accommodate the MIS that is ordered. Local
access will be installed to customer’s point of interface. Inside wiring is the responsibility of the
customer.
