Event Information
Where: Ivy Tech Community College, 3501 N. First Avenue, Evansville, IN 47710
The festival will take place in the Koch Student Center (first floor commons).
When: Tuesday, April 6. Creations may be set up from 11-11:30am; viewing/voting of entries will take
place from 11:30am-Noon; and the book-tasting reception will be follow.
Guidelines: Anyone can enter a creation made from edible materials and related to books either in
shape or theme. Please remember to bring serving utensils, and be conscientious of safe food handling.
You will be required to provide a list of ingredients on the day of the festival. You are invited to serve
your own entry but if you are unavailable Ivy Tech’s Carter Library staff will be on hand to serve your
entry.
