Learning Outcome of Subject At the completion of the subject, students should be able to : Understand the material properties of semiconductor and superconductor. Understand the operation principles of semiconductor devices such as diode, bipolar transistor, JFET, MOSFET and their applications in electronic circuits. Understand the operation principles of microwave devices such as TED, IMPATT and their applications in microwave and electrical engineering. Understand the concept and operation principles of superconductor devices such as Josephson devices, SQUID and their applications.
