Insas Bhd. & ors. [1995] Liquidation To highlight the legal consequences when a company goes into liquidation. The different methods how a company could be wound up will be discussed. Secs 217, 219, 227 and other relevant sections will be discussed. Commercial Law Contracts of sale with reference to the Sale of Goods Act 1957 will be discussed. The implied and express conditions found in a contract of sale will be analysed. Legal implications of hire-purchase agreements and negotiable instruments will be raised. 5 Cases: Chan Kok Choon v.
