Objective of Subject The objectives of this subject are to expose the students to our Malaysian Legal system. To ensure that students understand the legal history and the sources of the legal system. 11. Learning Outcome of Subject The students will be able to identify the sources of Malaysian Legal system. The student will be able to acquire the skill to analyse the judicial decisions of the courts. They will be able to identify, explain and apply the rules of interpretation of law.
