 apply the principles and conduct experiments using Field Effect Transistor
(FET) and its applications
 apply the concepts of high frequency effects on amplifier using equivalent
networks.
 analyze distortion and frequency response towards amplifier.
 understand the basic operations and design of power amplifier
 differentiates classes of power amplifiers
 describe and analyze the operation of BJT, JFET and MOSFET switches.
 explain the operation of the internal components of 555 IC timer
