As a trusted advisor to the client, attended client steering committee meetings at these sites to ensure that project goals were being met and the client was receiving the expected deliverables. Interacted with all levels in the organization.

Interviewed perspective new consultants, provided on site new employee orientation, reviewed consultants’ time and expense reports, and provided direction to consultants for project related goals. Provided online educational sessions, such as Consulting Fundamentals and Time and Expense reporting to increase the consultants’ knowledge in order to better serve the client.

Management Services Organization on the West Coast

Provided daily Managed Care IDX (GE Centricity) support and expertise to the Information Technology department for an Ambulatory medical group. Responsible for redesigning and implementing a new IDX Security+ structure in preparation for an upgrade to IDX Flowcast.

Worked with all levels of the organization, including the CEO and CIO to identify what system access each role would need. By creating new job-based roles, reduced the number of Security Profiles by 2/3.

Provided training to security staff that will maintain the new structure.

Reviewed and documented all user-defined queries and identified those that were no longer being used.

This process reduced the number of user-defined queries by 50%.

While 100% billable, worked with industry contacts to promote new business for the ACS-HCS IDX Division.

Visited prospective client sites and coordinated with the sales staff to develop new business. Developed and communicated proposals for requested services for prospective clients.
