TRACERCO Diagnostics™ - Leak Study
Tracerco have developed and brought to market a technique which allows our
customers to identify and quantify leakage from or actually within a reactor system,
both on and off-line. The TRACERCO Diagnostics™ - Leak Study can either confirm
and quantify leakage within a reactor system (on-line) using novel tracer technology
or pin-point the exact location of the leak (off-line) using a Helium Leak Detection
technique. Both techniques provide a rapid and reliable method of assessing the
leakage in the reactor allowing our customers to optimise their shutdown strategy.
Features of the TRACERCO Diagnostics™ - Leak Study








A rapid and reliable on-line tracer
technique able to confirm the extent of
leakage within a reactor.
Able to identify internal leakage / bypassing within the system.
Tracers fully mimics the liquid or gas flow
regime.
Provides real-time data for our customers
Suitable types of reactor systems (CFSTR’s, Plug Flow).
The detection is non-intrusive and reliable
The technique is carried out by a team of highly trained Tracerco engineers
Rapid response available from Tracerco.
Benefits of the TRACERCO Diagnostics™ - Leak Study



Identifies process problems quickly (channelling, by-passing, preferential
flow) allowing optimisation & modifications to be made - Optimising
throughput & Costs
Immediate results allow decisions to be quickly and efficiently - Reducing
Time & Costs
Allows our customers to optimise their shut-down operation - Increasing
production time & saving costs.
