REFLECTIVE MEMO My revision choices were made based on your suggestions. I did delete some of the job responsibilities from my current job and add some to the second job listed. I also added some meat to the reflective memos and looked back at the grading criteria like you suggested. I summarized the principal steps in a paragraph at the beginning and end of the process description. I proofread the job materials memo to see if the “its” were clear to the reader and adjusted them accordingly. I added more elaboration on the correspondence memo to express how I felt I had done on the assignment. I added headings to my job materials memo. I also added a concluding statement. In the reflective memo for the job materials I tried to add more information to situate you as the reader and give some background. I need to work more on design choices for this assignment. One of my weaknesses was writing the reflective memos. Since that was the last thing I did for each assignment, they tended to be short and sweet. My strength was that fact that I have done some of these things in my current job and I like to do these kinds of things. My main obstacle is just coming up with an idea. My brain is really slow. If I had taken this class during a regular semester, I think my work would have been much better. I’m glad we did the job materials assignment since I will be graduating soon and may have to look for another job. I needed to prepare a new résumé. There were not any assignments that I felt were especially difficult. I thought the process description was hard, but I guess I did okay after all. I’m most proud of the group proposal.
