SECP fixes Rs 3,000 fee for filing online

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has fixed a fee of
Rs 3,000 for filing of statement/return (online) of beneficial ownership and annual
returns and Rs 5,000 for physical submission of such statement/return. In this
regard, the SECP has issued SRO.1053(I)/2015 here on Monday.
According to the SRO, in exercise of powers conferred by clause (g) of section 21
of the SECP Act, 1997, the SECP with the approval of the Securities and
Exchange Policy Board hereby specifies the following fee to be charged for filing of statement of beneficial ownership and
annual returns under sections 102, 103 and 107 of Securities Act, 2015 read with Disclosure (of Shareholding by
Directors, Executive Officers and Substantial Shareholders in Listed Companies) Regulations, 2015: Fee for filing
statements/ returns, Rs 3000 (in case of online submission) and Rs 5000 in case of physical submission, it added.
