held an Open House on Tuesday, May
21, and Wednesday, May 22. On display
were several machines including the
Kitamura new G-Series line of vertical
and horizontal machining centers,
Mycenter-HX250G and MycenterHX400G horizontal machining centers
as well as the Mycenter-3XG vertical
machining center under power.

the Liebherr RLS 800 Rotary Loading
System with Soflex PCS cell controller
software (above). The Liebherr RLS 800
has a modular design with 14 storage
locations and a lift and turning unit
which allows for a maximum 800 kg
transport load. The integrated setting
station accommodates a maximum
800mm work piece diameter. Powered
by Soflex Production Control System
(PCS) the RLS can manage tooling, NC
data and part/fixture/pallet data. The
Flexible concept can be integrated into
your machining center and the cell
control is designed for “Lights Out”
Manufacturing.

The Sharp SV-4328ST features a 25-hp 12k RPM spindle that is versatile for
different types of material cutting such as hard steel, stainless steel and
aluminum. A larger Y-travel and more work area makes for easy setups.
