Location of EAP Services
The UT Southwestern Employee Assistance Program is located within the Paul M. Bass
Administrative and Clinical Center complex at Forest Park Road, between Mockingbird
Lane and Inwood Road. The EAP office is on the 9th floor of Bass Center Tower 2 (BL
building), Suite 202. The map below shows visitor parking (Lot 18 and Lot 21) in yellow.

Located at 6363 Forest Park Road in Dallas, the 24-acre Paul M. Bass Administrative
and Clinical Center consists of Bass Center Towers 1 and 2 and a concourse that
connects the two. Chase Bank is adjacent to the complex. The Employee Assistance
Program office is located within the 9th floor of Bass Tower 2, the middle high-rise.
UT Southwestern Employee Assistance Program, administrative offices, medical and
dental clinics, and the UT Southwestern Police Department are housed in the Bass
Center, as well as a post office, food court, pharmacy, day care center, private
businesses, and more.
Parking
Parking is available within the north and northwest Visitor Parking areas (Lots 18 and
21) bordered by Harry Hines Blvd., Forest Park Rd. and Treadway St. If you are a UT
Southwestern employee with a decal on your vehicle, please contact the EAP office at
(214)648-5330 for a Temporary Parking Permit for use during your EAP sessions.
Public Transportation
Numerous public transportation routes serve Southwestern Medical District, including
both bus and rail. DART bus stops are located on Harry Hines Blvd. and on Forest Park
Rd. a short walk from the building.
Shuttle Service
Once on campus, patients and visitors may ride UT Southwestern's free shuttle bus
service to many of our buildings.
