Junior Software Engineer – Stony Brook, NY
Softheon is looking for several Junior Software Engineers to join our development team who can help
in developing solid products to meet clients’ needs and improve end-user experience using new
technologies such as ESB, SOA, and cloud infrastructure.
This position is perfect for someone is who
passionate about development, works well with a team, and is interested in joining a fast-paced
company as a junior level developer to take our application to the next level.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Perform development on assigned projects
Exercise discipline in testing, writing technical documentation and unit tests
Diagnose and resolve problems using deductive reasoning and debugging tools
Occasionally interface with clients to troubleshoot problems
Stay abreast of new developments within industry areas of expertise





Qualifications
Experience with ASP.NET, SOAP Web Services, and Microsoft. NET technologies
Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented, agile development environment
Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal communication
Must have a strong work ethic and commitment to constantly improving capacity to work
effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with GPA of 3.5 or better





