Judicial Panel Discussion re: Recent Decisions, Federal Rule Amendments and Ethical Perspectives
This judicial roundtable will provide insight into the benches’ approach to eDiscovery topics, such as
cooperation among counsel, proper eDiscovery planning, review and production, computer assisted
