George Horvat joins AMI Inflight

AMI Inflight is pleased to announce that George Horvat has joined our team of account executives.
George comes to us from gategroup where he was responsible for managing the Pourshins/Supplair
portfolio for a variety of domestic and international accounts including American Airlines,
Avianca/TACA and Norwegian. He was also part of the gategroup-AA/US integration team where he
helped oversee the brand merger activities. Prior to that, he was with Unilever Foodsolutions, where
he managed restaurant chain accounts including Brinker, Neiman Marcus Restaurants, Which Wich
and Dairy Queen-Texas. He has extensive airline experience from his eight years with American
Airlines, where he worked in Menu Planning, F&B Operations and Passenger Sales. George started
his career in the restaurant industry with Uncle Julio’s Corporation. He holds a master’s degree in
Business Administration from SMU. He resides in Dallas, TX with his wife Katharine and sons George
and Henry.
George’s extensive background will add to the strength of our team and AMI Inflight’s efforts to
support the ever-changing focus of the industry and needs of our customers.
