Single studio rooms with private
bathrooms are available.
Meals
No meal plan included in the offer. Daily
coffee service is available. There is a
grocery store within walking distance.
Kitchen/cooking facilities
The private kitchen includes a
refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave,
dishes and utensils.
Rooms
Each room includes a bed, desk, dresser,
phone and TV.
Bathrooms
Each room has a private bathroom with
shower, sink, and toilet.
Utilities
Electricity, gas and water are included in
the accommodation fee. The Electrical
Current is 110/120 volts. Students from
some countries will require a transformer
or adaptor.
Internet and phone
Visitors
There is a phone provided in the room;
wireless internet is available for an
additional fee. High speed internet access
and payphones are available at the
Kaplan center.
Visitors are allowed during the day. To
arrange for an overnight stay, please
contact the front desk.
Laundry
Coin-operated facilities are available
on-site. Total fee is $2 ($1 for wash and
$1 for drying).
Security and keys
One key is issued per student. This is
used for the exterior security door and
room; additional fees for lost keys apply.
On-site security/front desk is available.
Noise and restrictions
Students are requested to be considerate
to their neighbours and keep noise levels
to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
Availability
The Extended Stay studio apartments are
available all year round. The minimum
age is 18.
Bed linen and towels
Students are provided with 1 blanket,
2 sheets, 1 small towel, 2 pillows and
2 pillowcases. Rooms are cleaned once
a week and prior to student arrival. Bed
linen and towels are also changed once
a week.
Deposit
No deposit is required.
